NEED AFFORDABLE CHILD CARE? – Simi Valley

Hi!

I just started my home childcare so I am new to the market. Right now, I have 5 openings all together. This will be the max of children to be filled. Full-time, which I consider more than 25 hours in a week has a rate of $165.00 weekly or bi-weekly at $330.00. Part-time is less than 25 hours and is $145.00 weekly or bi-weekly at $290.00. I do not charge a two week deposit. I do however; charge a $75 non-refundable annual registration and material fee that is due at time of enrollment. I do give a 10% discount if there is more than one child that needs care. I also give a discount off of the first annual registration and material fee for referrals. I am located on Cochran Street in the Meadowood Apartments. The hours of operation are from 6am to 6pm Monday through Friday. I am not open on weekends. As far as my program, breakfast, snacks and lunch are all included; I do not serve dinner unless prior arrangements have been made for extended stay. I am Infant CPR/First Aid Certified and have childcare experience. I have a 3 year old daughter as well that will be included in the program. I incorporate hands on learning lesson plans, creative art, music, reading and exploring for all the children. Since being so small, it’s easier to give more focus on each individual child. I hope this helps you get an idea of my program.
